Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the DocTalk online platform (hereinafter "Platform") as well as the booking of appointments and the use of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services through the platform.

3. Service Description
Through the platform, you can book appointments for psychiatric and psychotherapeutic consultations, therapy sessions, and coaching services. Services are provided online via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet) or in person.
4. Contract Conclusion
The contract is concluded by booking an appointment through the platform. By booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR) including statutory value-added tax. Prices are displayed when booking. Payment is made in advance through the payment service provider Stripe by credit card or other available payment methods.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. Information on withdrawal can be found in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows without cancellation, the full amount will be retained.
8. Technical Requirements
For online appointments, you need a stable internet connection, a device with camera and microphone, and one of the supported video conferencing software (Zoom or Google Meet).
9. Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Details on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless legally mandatory. Liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to users at least two weeks before they take effect.
12. Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Berlin.
