You can connect your Stripe account and receive your fees directly.
Stripe Connect handles the checkout. Patients pay online and your earnings land in your Stripe account without detours.
If direct payouts are not available, DocTalk can collect payments and remit them to you minus configured fees.
In this setup DocTalk receives the payment and forwards your share after deducting the agreed DocTalk service fee and provider fees.
What You Must Know
- DocTalk provides the technical platform and is not the medical provider.
- Medical responsibility and the correctness of remote treatment stay with you as the physician.
- Ensure your remote care complies with German professional rules, including § 7 (4) MBO-Ä where applicable.
- DocTalk may verify your documents and qualifications before activation.
- Certain specialties can be excluded or require additional documentation for telemedicine.
