of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Exclusion or Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has begun execution of the service with the express consent of the consumer before the end of the withdrawal period and the consumer has been informed that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract,
  • for the provision of services if the entrepreneur has fully performed the service before the consumer has exercised his right of withdrawal.
